Born to Fight - Trained to kill. The US Army is the best-trained and equipped fighting machine today. After a lightning assault in the spring of 2003 President Bush declared victory in April. Since then more US soldiers have died than during the war. The US military is scrambling to adapt to the new reality on the ground, a long-term occupation and a constant threat of attacks from the resistance. Most soldiers just want to go home, but they know they are in this for the long run. They are frustrated by the situation. They get a lot of 'thumbs up' from the local people, but at the same time friends die and an unseen enemy is waiting for them.
