Front Sight is the world's first luxury residential resort for gun enthusiast. Unofficially known as Gun City, the 550-acre gated community in the Nevada desert is being developed along the lines of a golf resort, with firing ranges instead of fairways.

To attract investors people can attend a free one-day submachine course. Founder and spiritual leader Dr. Ignatius Piazza promises that when the resort is finished it will include 12 shooting ranges, an assault tower, 177 home lots, a convenience store, a church and a private school. Furthermore he claims his town will be the safest in the USA.

Piazza hopes that it will send a positive signal and boost the image of gun owners across the States."If everyone was trained in guns there would be no debate about gun control in this country," he says. "Everyone would know how to handle a gun safely....Training is one thing the government will never be able to legislate away from you."
